I just got home from my mom's house and

i'm sitting on my bed with 3 crying, so sad, kids... We said our good byes to Kace and the boys tonight. It was really hard. I love them all so much. I have the most amazing sister in the world, she loves me even with all my faults and quirks!! and there are ALOT! She knows what I'm thinking with no words exchanged and I LOVE that about us! I am so excited for her and hope her little family has the time of their life's.. but I am going to miss them all so much. (PS. we took these pics before all the "good byes" hence all the smiles)

Aly just finished 8th grade.. I can't believe she will go to high school next year!! Our big end of the year excitment was the, ever awaited, 8th grade dance..She went dress shopping with her dad months before the big dance and hung her dress in her room where she could look at it every day! The day of the dance Julia (bff) and Aly came to the salon to get there hair and makeup done. Then home to get dressed and pictures! They went to the dance with 2 other girlfriends (NO BOYS ALLOWED) then dinner at BJ's and back to Julia's for a sleepover. The next day they had a big party at the school with food, games, and slideshow... I don't remember ever doing anything like this!! She looked BEAUTIFUL!! Love you AL

NEW ZEALAND or BUST

I feel like I've been hit with a ton of bricks! Thanks to my BFF sister, she has decided that it would be "fun" to move her family to new zealand. I love my nephews to death and can't imagine them living 1/2 way around the world from me. She called me yesterday, yes yesterday to tell me the "great news" and also mentioned that they would be leaving in two weeks. She sent me an "invitation" to view her blog today. I guess she has decided to give this blog thing a try too. It made me remember that i have a blog!! Who knows maybe having this to communicate with her will make me post more often. Really though....NEW ZEALAND!! why not utah or florida or south carolina??? Somewhere I can go visit?!!!
